Body Treatments

Gentle Relaxation Massage ~ $65/$95

The perfect session for relieving stress and tension. ~ 60/90 min

Therapeutic Massage ~ $45/$75/$105

For a deeper more specific approach often using warm towels or rice packs, special bolstering, vibration or specific lotions and oils for the relief of muscle aches and pains. ~ 30/60/90 min

RainDrop Therapy ~ $125

A subtle yet deeply healing session using specific medicinal grade Essential Oils, unique massage techniques and hot steam towels to facilitate healing. Oils are applied to back of body and feet only. ~ 65 min Link for more information.

Aromatherapy ~ $70

Your choice of an Essential Oil blend along with hot, moist towels, are applied during a relaxation massage to enhance the senses.

Pregnancy Massage ~ $75

A special treat for the mother-to-be to help relax the body, mind and spirit throughout the entire pregnancy. ~ 60 min

Myofascial Release ~ $115

MFR is a safe, effective technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. MFR is performed directly on skin without oils or creams. Session begins with a brief postural assessment. Wearing 2 piece bathing suit or sports bra and shorts for women, swimming trunks or shorts for men is required. This is a stand alone treatment. Call for details. ~ 90 min Link for more information.

Relaxing Reiki Wrap ~ $85

Wrapped in a warm cocoon, a combination of Essential Oils and Chakra Stones will support your healing session while receiving deeply relaxing Reiki. ~ 65 min

Exfoliating Foot Massage ~ $35

Treat for your feet! After a brief filing, receive a relaxing treatment using coconut oil, steam towels, sugar or salt scrub, soothing lotion, massage and essential oils. ~ 25 min

Invigorating Head Massage ~ $25

A stimulating experience for the scalp, face and neck using essential oils and warm steam towel. ~15 min

Energy Work

When scheduled as stand alone sessions, the following treatments take place while fully clothed. Reiki and Five Point Star sessions may be integrated into a massage session.

Reiki (ray-key) ~ $60

This peaceful technique allows healing energy to flow through the body creating harmony and balance. ~ 60 min

Five Point Star ~ $35

With the use of light pressure at specific points of the body, this gentle rocking technique facilitates the subtle release of stagnant energy. ~ 30 min

Chi Machine ~ $1 per min

With its vigorous rocking pattern, just a few minutes on the Chi Machine can open stiff joints, soften muscles, and clear the pathways of the body's natural energy. The Chi Machine can be used on the massage table but is best experienced while lying on the floor ~ 5-30 min

For those with a sensitivity: I use Organic massage gel and only high quality Essential Oils and lotions. There are two cats living in my home. They do not enter the massage room itself. There may be a scented candle lit in the house but none are used in the massage room. Essential oils are used in the massage room.
